Terms of use (draft)

These terms cover the ByFlow website and the public demo at /demo, run by Bywatts. The team app has its own access rules, described below.

The demo is a game

The demo simulates a solar construction business. Most figures are simulated, and the game labels them SIM. Figures from public sources are labeled LIVE or SNAP and may be late, incomplete or wrong. The demo is not engineering, safety, financial or legal advice. Do not use it to make real project decisions.

Using the site

• Use the site and the demo for lawful purposes only.
• Do not disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or use it to send abusive traffic to the public data services the demo calls.
• The demo runs in your browser. Its saves live on your device, and you are responsible for keeping any save you care about.

The app

The app is invite-only. An administrator decides who gets access and what role each person has, and access can be removed. [Separate terms for the app are to be written before outside users are invited.]

Ownership and third-party material

The ByFlow and Bywatts names, the mark and the site belong to Bywatts. Third-party data, fonts, libraries and product schemas keep their own licenses and credit requirements, which are listed under data sources and credits.

No warranty and limits on liability

[Wording on warranties and limits of liability is to be drafted by the owner's lawyer. Until then, the site and the demo are offered as they are, without promises about accuracy or availability.]
